I first became acquainted with early pianos at Harvard, where I was very taken by Robert Levin's lectures and his Mozart performances. Subsequently I studied historical performance practice with Malcolm Bilson on a generous fellowship from Cornell University. I have continued to perform as a fortepianist, both as a soloist and with the Aurelio Ensemble.

There will be a performance by the Aurelio Ensemble at Haverford College, Tuesday, March 18th at 4:30 PM at Marshall Auditorium in Roberts Hall. The Aurelio Ensemble uses my Tuinman-Walter piano with Fran Berge, violin, Rebecca Humphrey, cello and Laurie Heimes, soprano. The performance is free and open to the public.
